Global Market And Indian ADR's

In US Mkts: Dow Jones ends up 110 points or 1.4% at 8030, Nasdaq ends flat at 1627 and S&P 500 ends up 1.25% or 10.5 points at 852.

In Asia: China's Shanghai Composite was up 0.28% or 7.08 points at 2,543.13. Hong Kong's Hang Seng rose 0.55% or 85.51 points at 15,755.13. Japan's Nikkei gained 2.90% or 253.43 points at 8,996.39. South Korea's Seoul Composite added 2.12% or 28.28 points at 1,361.37. Taiwan's Taiwan Weighted surged 2.30% or 135.06 points at 6,010.25. However, Singapore's Straits Times was down 0.11% or 2.08 points at 1,903.91.
Indian ADRs ended mixed on Wednesday. In Banking space, ICICI Bank was up 6.08% at $ 17.98 and HDFC Bank was up 1.21% at $ 70.08. In other sectors, Tata Motors was up 6.11% at $ 7.81, Dr Reddy’s Labs was up 5.95% at $ 11.04 and Sterlite Industries was up 0.72% at $ 8.34. In Telecom space, MTNL was up 4.47% at $ 3.04 while Tata Communication was down 1.09% at $ 23.49. While the losing sector among the ADRs was IT. In this sector, Infosys was down 6.78% at $ 26.81, Wipro was down 4.5% at $ 8.06, Satyam Computers was down 2% at $ 1.96 wh
