Asian stocks gained following positive cues from Wall street.Japan's Nikkei average rose 2.29 percent on Monday .Hong Kong shares gained 3.28 percent higher.Nikkei Stock Average 225 was up 2.29 pct to 8,949.94.Hang Seng Index was up 3.28 pct to 15,023.20.KOSPI Index up 2.15 at 1,311.39.Shanghai Composite Index was down 0.23 to 2,419.78.
